Baked Field Mushroom with Napoli sauce and Cheddar Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 field mushroom
  • 1tbsp Napoli sauce (pizza sauce)
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

Preparation method

  1. Roast field mushroom until tender, remove and rest.
  2. Heat Napoli sauce and add to mushroom, top with cheese.
  3. Grill until cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Serve with dressed mixed leaves.

Chilli-con-carne or Bolognese can be used as a substitute for Napoli sauce.
