Smoked Salmon with Capers, Shallots and Crème Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 10g capers
  • 10g finely diced shallots
  • 15g crème fraiche
  • ½ lemon
  • 5g chopped parsley

Preparation method

  1. Arrange salmon across a dinner plate in one layer, until the plate is covered.
  2. Sprinkle over capers, shallots and parsley
  3. Garnish with lemon.
  4. Serve.

Gravlax can be substituted with Salmon.

Serve with buttered brown bread.
