Smoked Trout with Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients

  • 200g smoked trout
  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 15g horseradish sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Arrange trout on a dinner plate in one layer until plate is covered
  2. Mix horseradish into mayonnaise add lemon juice to taste
  3. Drizzle dressing across trout and season with black pepper

Serve with buttered brown bread.
